These terms are the agreement between you and Parlay Room for using the app. By creating an account or using Parlay Room, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. Parlay Room is not a sportsbook
Parlay Room helps groups of friends build bet slips together. We don't take bets, hold money, pay out winnings, or act as a sportsbook. Any bet you place is placed by you, in your own account at a licensed sportsbook, under that sportsbook's rules. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by any sportsbook, league or team, and their names and logos belong to them.
2. You must be 21+ and allowed to bet
You must be at least 21 years old to use Parlay Room. You're responsible for following the laws where you are, including whether sports betting is legal there and which bets are allowed (for example, some states ban college player props). Our state settings are a convenience and may not reflect every current law.
3. Odds and information
Odds, lines, scores and results come from outside providers and can be delayed, wrong or unavailable. A sportsbook may show a different price, reprice a parlay, or refuse a bet. "Place bet" links may not load every leg. Always check your bet slip in the sportsbook before you confirm it. Leaderboards, Hit/Miss marks and "best hits" are for fun and may not match official results. Nothing in the app is financial or betting advice.
4. Bet responsibly
Only bet what you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, help is free and confidential: call or text 1-800-GAMBLER, or visit ncpgambling.org.
5. Your account
Keep your password private and use a real email address. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Your groups → Delete my account).
6. Groups and what you post
You own what you add (slip names, notes, rules), and you let us store and show it to your group so the app works. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening or sexually explicit, don't impersonate others, and don't spam. Group leaders can remove members. You can report someone from a group's member list. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
7. Rules for using the app
Don't try to break, overload or get around the app's security or limits, scrape it, resell it, or use it to run a betting business or take bets from others.
8. Pro subscriptions
Some features need a paid Pro plan. Prices and what's included are shown before you buy. Payments are handled by Stripe, renew automatically each period until you cancel, and can be cancelled any time from the app; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Except where the law requires, payments aren't refundable. We may change prices with notice before your next renewal.
9. Changes and availability
We're improving Parlay Room all the time, so features may change, be tested with some users first, or be removed. We may pause or end the service. We'll try to give notice of big changes.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using Parlay Room and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other people or the app at risk.
11. Disclaimers
Parlay Room is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise the app will be error-free, always available, or that any odds or information are accurate.
12. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Parlay Room isn't liable for any losses from betting, from relying on odds or information in the app, or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you haven't paid us anything.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll let you know in the app. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
